Wider your income source

Remember that I said before about getting income from various source? I have posted it here. Click on that link if you would like to see it. Anyway, that is not so important. What am I trying to share today is about my new blog, http://adsense-help.blogspot.com. This is my new source of earnings.

http://adsense-help.blogspot.com

As you can see from my blogs, I am an infopreneur. Ok, I heard someone asking 'What is infopreneur?'. It is just a word for people who give information to other people. If you look at my blogs, I like to share lots of info and ideas about lots of things. And of course, I do that for free. This is because for me, knowledge should be shared together as we are not the one who have the rights on it. Knowledge is God's property.

Anyway, back to our topic. We should feel very lucky as AdSense is here. Why? If not, infopreneur like me will have trouble in monetizing our sites. So, I can stick with my belief and at the same time, get some money from my writings.

So, for bloggers out there who still wonder on how to rip more money from AdSense, try to write a few more blogs and monetize them with AdSense. With this, you can avoid losing your income if one of your blog does not attract any visitors. Imagine if you have only one blog. You are finished!

Cheers

P.S. Check out my new blog, http://adsense-help.blogspot.com if you are planning to use AdSense to monetize your site. It has lots of tips for AdSense users.

9 reasons why you should use public transports (Part 2)

This post is the second part of 9 reasons why you should use public transports. You can view the part 1 here.

5. Is your car stolen? – One day, you drive your car to a mall. And when you are about to leave the mall, suddenly your find that your car has been stolen. Really sad, aye? But what about if you take a public transport at the first place, will you face the same situation? The answer is absolutely not. Think about how much money you will lose from that. Worse, if that car is still under loan repayments, you will end up paying your debt for nothing!

6. License renewal issue- How often do you have to renew your license? In Malaysia, I have to do it every year and it really cost me some valuable money. Government just rips off my money from me! Then I was thinking on how to get rid of this problem. The solution is not to have drivers license! Just fetch a bus everyday to work. Problem solved.

7. Thinking of selling your car in the next 2 or 3 years? – Some people like to plan to sell their car after they have used it for couples of year. I have a friend who actually did that. When he bought his car a year ago, he was planning to sell it after 3 years time. He urges me to do the same thing. Guess what I said to him? Hell no! Car value will depreciate fast and by the time you want to trade in your car, you will lose like half of its value. So, just use public transport to save your money.

8. Car insurance- Are you trying to prevent your car from the problem stated above? (No. 5) So you need car insurance, don’t you? Then, you have to pay for it. Unless you can get hold of cheap and reliable insurance policy, you will have to pay really huge amount of money to insure your car. Maybe you can try to look around the internet to find one, but it is really hard to find one that meets those 2 criteria mentioned before. So, do you have another alternative? Yes! Do not buy a car. Just use public transport.

9. Problem to park your car? – In Wellington, we have to pay to park the car at almost everywhere. It is really a burden that if a person has a car, he might not take it to the city because of this problem. So, he ends up with paying those payments (road tax, license renewal fee, insurance etc) without really utilize his car. That is just the same as not having a car and just using public transport.

Therefore, I think these 9 points here have made you think before you are planning to buy a new car. Think of the environment if there is too many vehicles around, and the most important thing is, think of your money that you have to waste. Remember, we are here to be a millionaire. We are not learning to waste our money around when we can avoid it. So, use public transport as often as you can. Think wise, dude.

Cheers.

9 reasons why you should use public transports (Part 1)

How do you get to work everyday? Do you own and drive your car everyday? How much does it cost to have a car?

These questions are really important as they affect your financial stability in the short and long term. Did you realize on how much you can save if you use public transport as your main source of transportation everyday? Public transport here means buses, trains, trams, monorails etc.

Here, I will discuss on how you can cut your everyday expenses by just using public transport. You can save a lot of your money everyday for just using public transport; in the long run, of course. Do not tell me that you already forget our dream which is to become a millionaire. Therefore, we should forego our expenses as much as we can.

These are 9 strong reasons on why you should utilize public transports as the everyday transportation:-

1. You don’t have to pay for the gas- In recent years, oil price continue to boom. Why? Because oil is a scarce resource and everybody demands for it. Imagine what happen if this demand continues to rises over the years without other substitute being found? Maybe one day you will find that oil price is just as high as the price of gold! No wonder some oil supplier countries are so rich. If you ride a bus, you don’t even have to pay for the gas. And you pay the same fare even if you stuck in the middle of a traffic jam. If you drove your car in that situation, surely you will have to pay more for the gas. So, how much can you save from this?

2. Toll? Not anymore- I am pretty sure that almost all of the countries in the world have the toll system. Back in Malaysia, we have to pay tolls to use highways. It is true that we can use other alternative roads to avoid them but, the cost is we have to face the traffic jams and the problem discussed above will rise. So, we end up with paying high toll fees every single day. If we use public transport like monorail or LRT, not only we can avoid tolls, we also do not have to face traffic jams. At this stage, we save some more money.

3. Car loan make your world goes around? - Majority of people faces a lot of debt and they spend heaps of time looking around on how to consolidate debts. One of the sources of debts is car loans. So, how can you consolidate your debt efficiently? Finish up the payment as soon as possible? Then you will end up paying more every month. The answer is: - use public transport. Why? Simple. You do not even have to take any loan to ride a bus, right?

4. Spending too much on your car maintenance? - How much does it cost you every time you pay a visit to a workshop? What can you get if you use that money to buy something else? $300? $1000? And you will pay more if you have more that one car. Think again. How often do you have to drop by a workshop in a year? If you utilize public transports, these problems will not be a burden for you anymore because if a bus needs some repairs, you do not have to pay for them, right? Only pay the fare and you can go anywhere you like without having to think of maintenance problem.

This topic will be continued in the next post titled 9 reasons why you should use public transports (Part 2).

Cheers.
